The Ministry & Discipleship Team has the responsibility for ensuring that the Church is kept focused on its purpose, for giving overall leadership, for motivating others to exercise their ministries, ensuring that it is possible for Christians, whether new or of long standing, to deepen their spiritual lives. It is responsible for Home Groups, Baptismal, Membership and Marriage Courses and for other areas of training that will help everyone to reach their full potential.
