The classes are led a Chartered Physiotherapists who has also undergone extensive training and examinations in the rationale of the Pilates philosophy. Classes are limited to 12 people, so group members can get specialized attention.

wellbeing and relaxation. • People with back pain & muscle & joint pains • People
